Donald Tucker, Interim Provost and Dean of Arts & Sciences

Donald Tucker, Ed. D. has been appointed Interim Provost of Malone University as of March 1, 2010. He will continue on as Dean of Arts and Sciences for the current Academic year. Dr. Tucker comes to Malone from Regent University, (Virginia Beach, VA) where he most recently served as the associate Dean for Academics in the School of Divinity, and was appointed concurrently as acting Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs from 2006-2008.  Prior to that assignment, Dr. Tucker served as Dean of Academic Assessment and Innovation at Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and was co-chair for strategic planning and primary editor for the self-study leading to accreditation with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Universities.

Dr. Tucker earned his B.A. from Trinity Bible College, the M.Div. from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, the M.A. from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and the Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.  In addition, he did post doctoral studies at Harvard University, earned the Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and is ordained with the Assemblies of God church.
