About e-mail Reference Service
The library offers e-mail reference service (

for Malone College students, faculty and staff. This service is
designed for questions related to reference or research only. General
public, please consult your local public library. Circulation policies,
hours and other general information are available on the website and
can not be addressed as part of this service.
Questions will be checked daily and answered by
a reference librarian within a day or two. Please describe your
question directly and specifically. Details, such as sources already
checked, are helpful and will speed up the response process. In the
case of vague questions, our reply may include an e-mail requesting
clarification. If your e-mail address is not a Malone College address,
please explain your relationship to Malone in the e-mail to ensure a
response.
