The Malone University Alumni Association presents awards each year designed to recognize alumni who have distinguished themselves by their outstanding achievements of excellence, their loyal support of Malone University and their exemplary service to their church and community. Alumnus of the Year

Criteria

  • The nominee must have received his or her initial bachelor's degree from Malone University or Cleveland Bible College.
  • The nominee should demonstrate success in his or her professional field.
  • The nominee should demonstrate activity in two or more of the following areas: public service to community, non-profit organizations, educational organizations, professional organizations, the Malone University Alumni Association, or Malone University.
  • The nominee should be a recipient of other honors or recognitions.
  • The nominee must have high personal integrity and character demonstrating and living the mission of Malone University, “Christ’s Kingdom First.”

Malone Management Program Alumnus Leadership Excellence

The Malone Management Program Leadership Excellence Award was designed to recognize the accomplishments of a graduate from the Malone Management Program.  In order to receive this award, the graduate must have distinguished him/her self through outstanding leadership within the community, corporation, church or an organization in which he/she is a member.  Also required to receive this award is a commitment on the part of the recipient to demonstrating and living the mission and values of Malone University, “Christ’s Kingdom First.” 

Criteria

  • The nominee must be a graduate of the Malone Management Program from Malone University.
  • The nominee should demonstrate success in his or her professional field.
  • The nominee should demonstrate activity in two or more of the following areas: public service to community, non-profit organizations, educational organizations, professional organizations, the Malone University Alumni Association, or Malone University.
  • The nominee should be a recipient of other honors or recognitions.
  • The nominee must have high personal integrity and character demonstrating and living the mission of Malone University, “Christ’s Kingdom First.”

Young Alumnus of the Year

The Young Alumnus of the Year Award annually recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of Malone University graduates of the last decade. Their promise and potential for outstanding endeavors is already evidenced by their involvement in multiple facets of life after college. They have proven successful in their careers and are intentional about serving their communities. 

Criteria

  • The nominee must have received his or her initial bachelor's degree from Malone University within ten years of the date of the recognition.
  • The nominee should demonstrate success in his or her professional field.
  • The nominee should demonstrate activity in two or more of the following areas: public service to community, non-profit organizations, educational organizations, professional organizations, the Malone University Alumni Association, or Malone University.
  • The nominee must have high personal integrity and character demonstrating and living the mission of Malone University, “Christ’s Kingdom First.
