A daughter, Rachel MaeLee, to Brian andAnita (Parr) Henthorn ’94 on May 22, 2009.  They adopted Pauline Henthorn on July 7^th, 2009. 

 

 

 

A daughter, Melaina Rose, to Michael and Melissa Evans-Knop ’99 on September 14, 2009. She joins her big sisters Marissa (15), Madelyn (5), and Makenna (2). Melissa is a 6th grade language arts teacher for Fairless Local. The Knop family resides in Canton, Ohio.

 

 

 

A son, Isaiah Joseph, to Joe and Rachel (Henning) Conway '97 on January 26, 2009.  Joe, a soldier in the Ohio Army National Guard, was on a year-long deployment to Egypt when Isaiah was born but is home now and attending Malone.  The family lives in Minerva, Ohio.

 

 

A son, David Russell on December 25, 2009 to Nicholas and Kimber (Merrill) Gorham '05 . The family lives in Akron, Ohio. 

 

A daughter, Audrianna Grace on June 27, 2009 to Erich and Christy (Dennis) Weiss ’99.  She joins her sister Madeline Faith.  The family lives in North Canton, Ohio. 

 

 

 

  A daughter, Janele Kristin on July 13, 2009 to Doug ’01 and Amanda (Soladine) MacClements ’03.  Janele joins her sister, Adison.  The family lives in Westerville, Ohio.

 

 

 

 

A son, Aidan Jamison to Erin and Jami ’99 Brighty on December 10, 2009.  The family lives in Elgin, Illinois. 

 

 

 

 

A daughter, Rachel Lynn on November 4, 2009 to Sherry and John Schofield ’93.  She joins big sisters, Alyssa (4 yrs old) and Lydia (2 yrs old). John is a Financial Consultant with FedEx SupplyChain Systems in Hudson, OH.

 

A son, Andrew Reid on September 5, 2009 to Brett ’07 and Susan (Patterson) Fogle ’04. Brett works for Himes, Slater & Hershberger, LLC in Kidron. Susan will be graduating with her Masters in Counseling in December. The family lives in Canton.

 

 

 

A daughter, Helen Lydia born on September 16, 2009 to Anne and Daniel McQuown ‘02. The family lives in Columbus, Ohio.

 

 

A son, Isaac Samuel, to Darin and April (Buckwalter) Ramser '00 on May 16, 2009. He joins a brother, Seth. April is Patient Coordinator at Danner Dental in North Canton. The family lives in Stow.

 

 

Twin boys, Carsten Daniel and Ethan Connor to Ryan and Melissa (Archer) Peck ’05 on August 24, 2009.

A daughter, Adalyn Naomi Cole born on Sept. 20, 2009 to Audrey (Martin) and Joshua Cole, both from the class of '07. The family lives in Crestline, OH.

A girl, Abigail Grace, to Kristy (Boone) '07 and Mark Gaynor on November 21, 2008. Kristy and Mark own and operate Indian River Graphics in Zoar.

A son, Zachary David, to Michael and Amber (Baker) Balash '00 on May 5, 2009. Amber is responsible for coordinating website and publication copy at Malone University. Zachary joins a brother, Dominic Michael. The family lives in Canton.

A son, Gabriel Isaiah, born August 28, 2009 to Shawn and Stepheny (Jenkins) Fanning '03. Gabriel arrived a month early and spent two weeks in the NICU. His big sister, Elizabeth loves him to pieces and he is doing great now that he is home. Stepheny is with the Federal Air Marshal Service. The family lives in Washington D.C.

A son, Isaac Luke to Michael and Faith (Crowe) Stainbrook '87 on May 27, 2008. Faith writes, " God has richly blessed us. After 18 years of marriage, we are a family." They live in Williamsport, PA.

 

 

A daughter, Lilian Grace to Amanda (Salopek) Boone '01, graduate of Social Work, and Corey Boone on June 15, 2009. She joins big brother Marcus Corey, age 3. The Boones live in Hubbard, Ohio.

 

Scott and Jennifer (Wiandt) '98 Roberts announce the adoption of a daughter, 7 year-old Elisa Grace from Uzbekistan. Elisa joins Noah-10, Alaina-8, and Micah-4.

A son, Levi to Dan ’02 and Dawn (Woolf) Vlacovsky ’02 on July 31, 2009. He joins siblings Luke and Lance. The family lives in Perry Township.

A son, Wyatt Michael, to Eric and Kristy (Folk) Klein ’02 on June 9, 2009.

A son, Elliot Cooper, to Dale and Sabrina (Bowers) Kiser '00 on May 23, 2009. He was welcomed by his brother, Sebastian Sodapop. The family lives in Parma, Ohio.

A son, Garrett Richard to Richard '03 and Aleta (Morgan) Jones '03 on May 21, 2009. The family lives in Walkersville, MD.

 

A son, Aaron Joseph, to Jim ’02 and Kathryn (Hunerwadel) Little ’04 on May 21, 2009. He joins siblings Nathaniel and Eliana. Jim and Kathryn volunteer as certified Natural Family Planning (NFP) instructors, and Jim works at Diebold. The family lives in Canton.


A son, Caleb Allan, to Brad ’01 and Amy (Ferrebee) Tietz ’01 on May 9, 2009.

A son, Syaoran, to Grant ’07 andLisa (Haney) Johnson ’07 on April 28, 2009.

A daughter, Katie Marie, to Scott ’99 and Jody (Dye) Alvey ’94 on April 15, 2009. She joins twin brothers, Joshua and Jacob. Scott works at Belmont Correctional Institute as a mental health therapist. Jody is a homemaker.

 

A daughter, Abigail Lynn, to Keith and Anna (Sergent) Burgess ’00 on March 12, 2009. She joins her sister, Dakota. Anna works at Bedford Medical Center as a RN coordinator. The family lives in Brunswick.

 

 

A daughter, Elizabeth Catherine on March 30, 2009 to Adam '02 and Carrie Babcock. Her grandparents are alumni too - Wendell and Laurie (Thellman) Skelley. Adam works for Rolls Royce Fuel Cell Systems and Carrie for Pioneer Financial Services.

A daughter, Josie Kay to Jeff and Lisa (Miller) Brown ‘97 on January 6, 2009. She joins a brother, Eli. Jeff is employed at McMaster-Carr in Aurora; Lisa teaches special education at Spring Hill Junior High.

A daughter, Julia Grace, to Rob ’96 and Lisa (Hiner) White ’96 on December 9, 2008. She joins siblings James and Elizabeth. Rob is a high school English teacher. The family lives in Pickerington.

 
A son, Keagan Brady, to Ben ’01 and Sarah (Smith) Drenik ’01 on December 27, 2008. He joins sister Averi Madison. The family lives in Madison, Ohio.

 

A daughter, Allisynn Marie, to Ryan '01, '09 and Danielle (Edwards) Hamsher ’00 on August 12, 2008. Ryan works as a Senior IT specialist for GBS Filing Solutions. He received his MBA degree from Malone. Danielle works at East Holmes School District.

A daughter, Leah Joy, to Laura and Philip Denny '03 on March 31, 2008. She joins big sister Leah, age 3. Philip is a supervisor at Hill, Barth & King LLC in Boardman. The family lives in Canfield.
