The Information Technologies Department provides support for Malone University's technology resources.  The Help Desk is where students, faculty and staff can go to get technical assistance from our IT professionals.  If you need to contact the Help Desk please call 330.471.8428 and select the option for  Help Desk support. You can also contact the Help Desk by e-mail at or by submitting a Help Desk request from the selections on the left. The Help Desk is located on the lower level of the Cattell Library.
